Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the end to end of the hiring process from sourcing and attracting talent, generating recruitment plans all the way through offer management. Partnering with hiring managers, you will actively source quality talent whilst guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Collaborate with the business to identify staffing needs, develop and outline job specifications and identify the hiring strategy to be able to attract top talent against the most efficient costs.
This role will be based in Manila, Philippines and reports to the Brand Talent Acquisition Manager.
If you are:
Experienced in recruitment preferably with a combination of agency and in-house environment or from RPO background
Knowledgeable in the Philippines' hiring best practices and regulatory landscape
Excellent in direct sourcing and have the ability to headhunt candidates
A strong communicator with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders across various level
Skilled in candidate and offer management
Exceptional in your planning and organization skills being able to manage a high number of requisitions independently.
Detail-oriented and thrive in working within a fast-paced changing environment
Driven to consistently exceed client expectations

Here's what you'll be doing:
Manage the full hiring lifecycle including, but not limited to - sourcing, talent pooling, process design, assessment, offer management and salary trends
Work closely with hiring managers and conduct job briefing to have a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position
Identify sourcing strategies to find quality candidates in the most cost-efficient way
Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, online job portals and employee referrals)
Screen resumes and qualify candidates for interview.
Responsible for candidate management and ensure a positive experience to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Be proactive in understanding the job market and suggesting relevant strategies in order to attract talent
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies across the region
Providing regular hiring status reports to stakeholders
Drive recruitment best practices and initiatives across the business
