We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our growing team in our Manila office.
As an Talent Acquisition Partner at Play'n GO, you will:
Be responsible for the candidate journey
Be responsible for the recruitment processes, from demand specification to signed contract
Proactively seek candidates
Build candidate relationship, with a pool of candidates within a certain competence area
Take part in local initiatives on Employer branding (fairs, collaboration with university etc.)
Conduct recruitment processes in close cooperation with HRBP and recruiting manager
Take part in analysing recruitment possibilities on new markets/locations
Our Talent Acquisition Partner MUST have:
At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
It would be good if you:
Have experience in the gaming industry
