Introduction
The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Who You Are and What Will You Do
You will be responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM.
Partnering with hiring managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward.
You may also be a team lead, providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes and acting as a point of critical issue for team members. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.

Business unit, country, or international professional deep understanding related to operations, strategies, and objectives in leading edge or critical situations.
Communication/Negotiation:
Collaboration at highest levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and dedications.
Problem Solving:
Anticipate, build and define creative and visionary concepts in strategic environment.
Contribution/Leadership:
Develops and implements product, market, business, or technology strategies with executive review. Has vision of overall strategies. Recognized as an expert and leader by members of a field, related functions, and multi -country organizations. Leads the team, conducts special projects, or handles functions or strategic departments.
Impact on Business/Scope:
Responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue and other business measurements of critical importance. Responsible for quality output/value for highly visible products, services and future business development
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology / Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (Day, Mid, Night Shift)
Amenable to work in Quezon City (UP Ayala Technohub, Commonwealth Avenue)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
Demonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment
Comfortable with change & ability to adapt quickly
Ability to manage a fast paced and sometimes unpredictable workload
Professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content over the phone and through written correspondence
Experience with MS Application
