Job Description:

The functional areas within Corporate HR include global Recruiting, Training, Talent and Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and Global Employee Support (GES). The role involves
Analysis
Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, performance and other information associated with the process improvement
Analyzing the voice of the customer to understand requirements, pain points, in order to impact of the change to stakeholders and how best to approach them.
Design, Development
Helping design and develop the new process to ensure outcomes are met.
Helping design and develop training materials, as required and based on project requirements
Helping design templates (decks, emails, training materials) for consistency in the look and feel of all communications based on Org and audience
Implementation
Overseeing all project activities required by the initiative
Delivering change management activities as required, which may include (but are not limited to)
Trainings
Meetings
Calibration sessions
Communications
Promotional Materials
Townhalls
Creating and publishing internal and external communications
Creating executive decks and other informational materials
Monitoring
Analyzing data and metrics to identify effectiveness of the Process improvement initiative
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Management role, leading complex projects; background in Change Management, Process Improvement, Transformation or handling global projects will be an advantage
Strong stakeholder engagement across management and executive levels in current capacity
Ability to drive and influence business decisions
Role requires excellent communication skills (written and oral) and proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge or background in basic statistical analysis and VBA/Macro programming will be an advantage
Familiarity with Alteryx, Xceptor and other automation tools is a plus
Background or experience in statistical analysis is a plus
Strong grasp of research, data-gathering and analysis concepts
Fast learner and creative problem solver with expertise in analysis and data transformation
Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and effectively prioritize work, handling multiple demands and competing priorities
Able to build strong working relationships across multiple functions and time zones
Agile, collaborative, and self-motivated team player; able to work independently, and execute in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Amenable to follow NAMR work hours but flexible to adjust as business needs
Amenable to reporting in BGC office
