Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at. As an Interview Scheduling Lead,your role is to ensure your team's Interview Schedule requests are coordinated on time and accurate. You will ensure data integrity is monitored and maintained within all tools leveraged by your team. Responsibilities Experiencein a similar environment (BPO/ Shared Service) Call Center Operations background can be considered. .Provide guidance to recruiters on Interview Scheduling processes, controls and policies .Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines .Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the client .Demonstrate expert level of understanding of recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations .Take ownership of the Affirmative Action Plan understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers in order to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate .Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 6 months' work experience in an administrative support (i.e. HR, Admin., EA, etc.) role required Calendar Management experience is an advantage Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment where work tasks vary and processes are changing Issue follow-up and timely resolution Amenable to work in a morningschedule and reporting to BGC
