Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate:
You will create strategic sourcing and marketing activities to attract potential candidates.
You will analyze reports to track the effectiveness of each sourcing channel and analyze metrics to identify trends and make recommendations.
You will create sourcing plans and present and track sourcing costs.
You will improve the KPI with hiring goals such as conversion rate, cost per hire, time to fill, and client satisfaction.
You will also adapt to the current trends and grab the opportunity to incorporate them into the Marketing Strategy.
Come up with Market Intelligence Reports and Studies to better come up with Sourcing initiatives.
Innovate existing sourcing methods and explore new ways to increase productivity.
About You
For you to become a successful candidate for this role, you would need to:
Have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in BPO Sourcing.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related course.
You must be exposed to different sourcing facets: Digital and Social Media Marketing, Branding, Employee Referral, Special off-site and Onsite Events, Job Caravans, University Partnership, and Job Boards.
Well experienced in reports management and analytics.
Ability to analyze sourcing numbers and to identify wins and create solutions.
You must continuously adapt to the market trends and create events/activities about them.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills are required.
Amenable to work on extended hours and holidays.
Willing to work in Makati.

At least 2.0 GHz Processor (I3, I5, I7 or dual-core & up processor)
At least 8 GB of RAM
8 GB HD space with 2 GB Available Free

USB Headset (combo mic and headset with noise-canceling)
