Job Scope:
To coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers for their Talent Acquisition needs;
To attract suitable candidates for open positions through different media and networking;
To ensure timely and effective turnover of deliverables in Talent Acquisition
Be familiar with other HR functions such as but not limited to Learning & Development Onboarding and Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Engagement;
To perform day-to-day tasks necessary for the effective and efficient operations of Human Resources;
To provide guidance and assistance to different departments with regards to their people.
Job Specifications:
At least one (1) year supervisory experience or total of three (3) years' experience in Talent Acquisition in a Company of a similar size or bigger;
Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course, preferably of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course;
Experience in the hospitality and gaming industry an advantage but not necessary;
MS Office Proficient;
Ability to communicate in both Filipino and English;
With attention to detail and the ability to organize time and documents;
Ability to manage queries and concerns in a professional manner
