Your Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for conducting the full-cycle of recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, selection, and job offer). You will be expected to Coordinate with different hiring managers to further calibrate and provide the right talent. You will be scheduling interviews and keeping calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
About You
For you to become a successful candidate for this role, you would need to have 2 years of relevant work experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related course. You must have strong knowledge of recruiting and interviewing skills. You must also have excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Amenable to work on extended hours and Holidays and willing to work in Makati.
