CLEAR Corporate Solutions is looking for a competent and adaptable team player to join the People Acquisition Team, and help CLEAR drive client growth by sourcing and securing great candidates in defined timeframes.
ROLE
The role requires an effective end-to-end recruitment skills of specific roles - from reviewing and posting job ads in multiple channels to onboarding new hires. As one of our gatekeepers, part of the responsibilities is to ensure that only great people joins the CLEAR Team. The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist must have a passion for finding talents and giving them the opportunity to do great work with great clients. Every person hired has to be better than the last.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Drive recruitment for internal and external roles
Contribute to the initiative of Recruitment in a collaborative environment
Work with other members of the HR Team to achieve the team's deliverables for both CLEAR and its clients
Responsibilities include:
Prepare, review and post approved job advertisement in multiple platforms
Source suitable candidates from all available channels
Pre-screen applicants and administer role-specific assessments
Interview, shortlist and perform Reference Check of candidates
Create candidate profiles for cient presentation
Meticulously maintain all relevant information and upload supporting files in the applicant tracking system
Maintain a 'bench' of suitable candidates for specific role type
Setting interview schedules with hiring managers, as applicable
Conduct/Facilitate the new hire orientation/company induction for new hires
Identify opportunities that add value and improve the recruitment's outcomes
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment of professional and technical roles
Expertise in end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record
Previous exposure to Australian clients and business culture is an advantage
Excellent English written and verbal communicator, proficient with MS Office 365
Technologically adept with creative and innovative mind in providing solutions
Fit to work status upon completion of the pre-employment medical exam including drug test and a valid NBI Clearance or proof of confirmed appointment to secure NBI Clearance

Temporarily we are on a Work from Home (WFH) set-up until further notice to resume work onsite, which is located in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
