Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
Capable of meeting and liaising with colleges, universities and other government agencies to further increase our talent pool.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Willing to work on-site in Makati
Excellent interpersonal skills
Resourceful and creative
Has a high sense of urgency
Duties and Responsibilities •Providing specialized sourcing expertise for volume hiring.
Reaching out and being a liaison for potential tie-ups with Colleges and Universities within the Metro area, which includes on-site visits to build up relationship and recruiting sources
Conducting job fairs onsite Colleges and Universities.
Liaising with Government agency to further increase our potential pool of candidates.
Proactively source passive candidates through online databases, social medial sites, Boolean searches, user groups, referrals and cold calling for current and future openings.
Building pipelines, and maintaining talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business demands and nurturing candidates for future openings.
Creatively reach out to both active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. to meet staffing needs
Direct and proactive outreach to passive talent.
Prequalify potential candidates to determine qualifications by profiling against the fit for openings.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, selection, and job offer
Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
