Responsible in finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. In charge of planning, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategy for the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Implements and manages end-to-end recruitment process that drive high performance and quality
Sources appropriate pool of candidates to meet hiring needs.
Ensures robust screening processes and procedures are in place in accordance with regulations
Identifies and successfully implements cost efficient recruitment initiatives (from hiring to onboarding).
Identify appropriate business partners to provide recruitment services such as pre-assessment test, background and medical checks
Manages online brand campaigns related to recruitment. Organizes and develops sourcing and marketing initiatives
Coordinates with HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and plots manpower according to job level and attrition plan.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
Maintains effective stakeholder management
Manage talent acquisition associates and develop a plan for career success
Handle major escalation
Build good relationship with the internal and external clients
Qualifications:
At least 8 years of working experience in the field of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
4 to 5 years supervisory experience
In depth knowledge of full cycle of end-to-end recruitment (from Sourcing to Onboarding)
Preference with solid background with volume hiring
Experience in employer branding techniques and Job Portal Management
Experience in HRIS System is an advantage
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills for both external and internal client management
