About the Talent Acquisition Manager Role:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will handle the overall talent management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with the Vice President (Human Resource) in the alignment of corporate talent acquisition strategies with the company's overall employer brand
Manages activities, and develops and maintains linkages/partnerships with headhunters, suppliers, consultants, and other relevant institutions to complement corporate talent acquisition programmes
Conducts sourcing, screening, and job offers for Manager, Senior Manager, Vice President, HR, consultancy, and any confidential manning requirements
Reviews various monitoring files, documents, and reports
To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree or qualifications in human resource management, psychology, or any equivalent courses.
Key Requirements
Graduate of a four-year course from a reputable university
At least eight years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably from similar industries
Working knowledge of using an Applicant Tracking System
Track record in implementing process improvements
