Functional overview
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible leading a team of full lifecycle recruiters in a high-volume, fast paced work environment. This will be achieved through developing the team, through streamlining of processes, and through optimizing the candidate pipeline. As a member of the People Services team, the Manager, Talent Acquisition must operate with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Duties and responsibilities
Hires, develops, trains, evaluates, and manages a team of clinical and non-clinical recruiters to deliver the company's hiring objectives predicably, consistently, and with an eye to both quality and cost
Manages the Talent Acquisition Administrator and optimizes the assessment and testing processes
Listens to recruiting calls of each direct report on a weekly basis for coaching and to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of information provided to candidates
Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to design and plan the selection process for specific
requisitions
Reviews candidate flow through the ATS to ensure adherence to established processes
Communicates with recruiters on the priorities of requisitions and ensures classes are filled by the deadline with high-quality candidates
Partners with the Onboarding Manager to ensure smooth and timely hand-off of hired candidates
With input from Workforce and the Director of TA, owns the weekly Carenet Staffing Report. Ensures the version on Teams is always updated and accurate. Publishes the report weekly in a timely manner
Partners with Hiring Managers, Training Managers, and HRBPs on a regular basis to gather feedback on new hires and early terms and makes improvements as indicated
Meets monthly with new hires to gain feedback on their hiring process and recommends indicated improvements
Creates and maintains productivity reports for all direct reports
Monitors applicant flow to ensure sufficient pipeline to cover requisitions and takes appropriate actions when necessary
Builds and reports on team KPIs and goals; track candidates in the recruiting process and report on metrics.
Manages requisitions and postings in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Plans recruiting events, including job fairs, college recruiting, and military recruiting activities.
Assists and maintains building our employee brand; ensures updated content on LinkedIn Careers page; posts responses to user generated content on review sites like Glass Door and Indeed.
Minimum competencies
Ability to determine, implement and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational needs
Ability to deal with and solve problems using solid judgment skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
Computer skills required to include the ability to navigate through multiple programs; comfortable with
dual screens; basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
Minimum qualifications
At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience in Talent Acqusition with Managerial experience preferably from the Healthcare or BPO industry
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate to all levels of Leadership team.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization.
Proven track record for recruiting.
Willing to work from home temporarily during pandemic
Willing to work on US/night shift
