What will you do?
What will you do?
As our new TA Manager, you'll own the whole recruitment cycle and be responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, hiring, and retention of top industry talent for our US offices. You'll work closely with different departments to build out the right skillsets and teams.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting hiring managers in writing job descriptions
Creating postings and actively sourcing resumes through internet and database mining
Supporting hiring managers with selection and placement, including pre-screen interviews, background checks, and reference checks
Maintaining a current list of candidates, recruitment status and next steps, and proactively updating hiring managers
Developing sourcing strategies that utilize departmental input for maximum exposure and implementing targeted sourcing strategies (e.g., using cold calling, networking, and promoting referrals to generate robust candidate pools)
Maintaining a list of active freelancers / contractors, covering various skillsets
Assisting the HR Manager in conducting compensation analysis for all roles
Negotiating salaries and contracts
Owning candidate communication and managing the interview process
Coordinating the onboarding process together with HR and IT
Acting as an ambassador for icon group's overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders. You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to communicate and manage well at all levels of an organization. You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently. You have a passion for design and connected experiences and have a good understanding of the agency life.
Here's what we think you need to succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5 years' experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in the design field
Proficiency in Applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience using Pay
locity's ATS is highly preferred * Strong diagnostic, problem solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to maintain a broad view of the business and deliver solutions that balance individual client and overall organizational needs
Flexibility in style and approach to work with diverse groups of employees
