Description
Reporting: HR Operations Assistant Director
Work location: Global & Quezon City (shared) onsite reporting
QC Team to oversee: 1 section manager & 4 staff
GC Team to oversee: 1 section manager & 4 staff
Prepares department Annual Operational Plan incorporating inputs from the Section Managers.
Prepares the Annual Budget of the department with the assistance of the Section Manager.
Plans and ensures the efficient budget and resource utilization for the Department.
Plans, directs, and coordinates all activities in the Talent Acquisition in an effort to reach maximum level of associate's productivity.
Developes objectives, strategies, plans, policies and programs in the areas of manpower planning and recruitment.
Creates a human resource information system that meets top management's needs.
Recommends effective and efficient organization structure and development plan to coincide with strategic objectives.
Provides technical and administrative assistance to the associates when needed.
Reports to the VP of HUman Resource any incident or problem which affects department operations.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Team building, Planning, Strategic planning, Recruiting, Human Resources
