Talent Acquisition Lead
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for the business hiring needs in the Philippines and accountable for the execution of the operational delivery in this region. This role is accountable for leading and coaching the Philippines recruitment team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all active, passive or potential talent.
They will work closely with regional leadership and the TA team to deliver on the growth plans of the business. Working closely with the global TA team, they will continue to improve hiring strategy across specific business portfolios. This person will work closely with the global TA team to drive improvements across attraction, experience and acquisition.

The key responsibilities for this role include:
Work with senior stakeholders and the People team to meet the hiring needs through a high growth period
Continue to build on the global TA strategy to meet business demands as they flex
Manage, mentor and drive the performance of the recruitment team who vary in experience
Weekly business reporting on hiring cadence
Regular liaison with the Head of TA to stay ahead of hiring plans and plan team capacity appropriately
Vendor and supplier management
Monitor and always look to improve the SiteMinder employer brand presence online
Work with the People team to drive our recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda ensuring engagement with all communities
The skills and experience you will bring to the role include:
Experience in a successful, high performing in-house recruitment function that has responded to significant business growth and increasing recruitment volumes
Significant experience and demonstrated success in delivering within an internal recruitment model in a high volume environment
Comfortable using data to monitor and improve effectiveness, as well as feedback to stakeholders on what is/not working making improvements to deliver an effective service
Outstanding planning and organisation skills
Clear people management skills and experience leading a sales driven recruitment team
Experience working and managing people remotely
Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability and energy to drive change
Excellent communication skills
