Key Responsibilities:
 
As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Consumer, your role will be based in the Cebu Site and will have concurrent responsibilities of being the Lead of Talent Acquisition as well as HR Site Lead for the location. This role has a dotted line to the Head of HR for the PH Corporate Center and will have a seat at the HR Leadership Team of the country. Just as with all functional and people management responsibilities, the Head of Consumer will be expected to embody the HR Capabilities for Executive Director as well as the Manager Capabilities of the Firm. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Partner with the Consumer Lines of Business and HR functional groups in defining the talent staffing strategy for the business needs.
Effective delivery of the Firm's New Joiner Experience agenda.
Translate the Consumer businesses demands into a hiring forecast as reference for recruiter staffing, operating rigour and Sourcing strategy for hiring.
Ensure that the Sourcing strategy defined across channels/platforms generate sufficient and qualified candidate pool to support the hiring requirements of the Consumer lines of business.
Continuously seek process and experience improvement initiatives and lead the Consumer Talent Acquisition Teams across all Philippine locations.
Operational cadence and discipline in all people, process and tools management for the direct Talent Acquisitions organization. Implement a strong performance management and people development agenda for the team. Requires understanding of the Business Continuity Plan for the function.
Provide regular executive reporting to stakeholders on updates regarding hiring status, efficiency and effectiveness through hiring Operational Key Results
Represent the HR Function in the Cebu Leadership Committee, and the location for the Philippines New Joiner Experience Leadership, the Location Operating Committee, International and Firmwide New Joiner Experience forums. Lead the governance structure amongst all HR functional teams in the Cebu site, convening at a regular cadence.
As a senior Talent Acquisition Leader in New Joiner Experience, this role has the following expectation:
Delivery of specific Talent Acquisition/New Joiner Experience improvement initiatives and projects as required - location, region or global.
Conduct initial and/or HR interviews as needed for key leadership hiring.
Provide senior leadership coverage for the Philippines Talent Acquisition Team as and when required.
Deliver the New Joiner Experience-defined experience to the business, candidates and colleagues.
Exude the values of the Firm and The Way We Do Business Principles.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Minimum of 12+ years Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and/or Marketing-related work experience, preferably in a BPO/Shared Services setting is a plus or an equivalent tenure in an Operations Delivery setting.
Proven effectiveness in developing and executing people management and development agenda.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with all levels of location and global leadership and establish mutually-supportive relationships with hiring managers and Line of Business Leaders.
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively with independence.
Customer-driven mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically and execute tactically; ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
