We are in search for college student interns who are ready to take on challenges in various areas of Human Resources such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management, etc. Through the Find the Leader in You (FLY) program, we offer the opportunity to have an enriching learning experience and engage in projects that will impact the business and its employees.
Our goal is for you to have a meaningful and enjoyable hands-on experience. Joining this internship will empower you through guided mentorship from industry leaders, networking opportunities and be involved in delivering solutions to projects that will further hone your skills on human resources management.
What To Expect?
Experience guided mentorship and be trained by HR professionals.
Active participation and exposure to projects related to talent acquisition and talent management.
Collaborate with various teams within Cebu Pacific.
Learn about internal communications and stakeholder management.
Learn about various HR Information Systems such as an Applicant Tracking System.
Learn to conduct behavioral or competency-based interviews.
Participate in brainstorming exercises for employee engagement activities or projects that revolves around process improvements and/or candidate experience.
Work in a hybrid setup (reporting remotely or in the Cebu Pacific Head Office, Pasay City)
Who Can Apply?
Must be an undergraduate taking up Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
Has experience in project management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Can start this June 2022.
Can commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months, every Monday to Friday.
Students who can commit part-time internship for at least 3 days/week are also open to apply.
