Oversees company-wide recruitment activities and ensures that vacancies are filled up in the shortest possible time.
Develops a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
Monitors job posting optimization, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Establishes the recruitment process and guidelines to ensure compliance & effectiveness of such
Determines HR and recruiting KPIs
Manages the sourcing of appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identifies future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manages the life cycle of the recruitment process including initial assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to Management and hiring managers
Uses social media, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Participates in employment events, such as career fairs
Maintains knowledge on all industry trends and practices to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
Ensures an updated job description for all positions
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Superior from time to time
Requirements
The desired candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year degree course. At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferably gained from a BPO/ eCommerce or similar industry
In-depth knowledge in the full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a varied selection method and with wide recruitment network
Hand-on experience in job posting jobs on social media and job boards
Highly computer literate and can start ASAP
