Talent Acquisition Head is responsible in leading the Talent Acquisition department including establishment and execution of talent acquisition programs and processes, and managing the overall performance of team members. Talent Acquisition Head is responsible in leading the Talent Acquisition department including establishment and execution of talent acquisition programs and processes, and managing the overall performance of team members. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end recruiting strategies to fill the current and future vacancies of all the hiring divisions and business units that the team is supporting. Manage the recruitment of all level positions and other niche roles. Partner with all Business Unit Heads to ensure that job specifications and expectations are properly defined to hire the right candidates. Lead all TA projects and initiatives. Manage and develop direct reports, identify competency gaps and suggest appropriate measures to address the gaps. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Psychology or equivalent. At least 10-year experience in recruitment. At least 3-year experience as Talent Acquisition Senior Manager or equivalent. Experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding. Experience with ATS, job boards and other social media tools i.e. LinkedIn Strong stakeholder management skills Strong oral and written communication skills Lead and develop the team
