Job Description:
Aufgabe
Talent Acquisition Executive
The Talent Acquisition Executive is tasked to provide talent acquisition support to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Generally responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment process which include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, while ensuring candidates have an overall pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates using variety of search methods including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Responsible for recruitment related functions which includes sourcing, reviewing resumes and job applications and scheduling candidates for interview
- Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements by using standardized screening techniques to assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
- Implements and supports HR/Admin key processes related to on-boarding; Ensures completion of new hires' pre-employment requirements; Responsible for welcoming of new hires (tour within the facilities, HR orientation, scheduling of orientation with other departments, etc.); Ensures completeness in preparing and maintaining of 201Files
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as needed
- Facilitate the job offer process and negotiating employment terms
- Manage and ensure proper onboarding, new hire and exit process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
- Work closely with the Human Resources and Admin Manager to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- At least three (3) years of recruiting experience preferred
- Detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiar of various sourcing avenues and job portals to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
- With strong working knowledge of different interviewing techniques and applicant screening methods
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies, an advantage
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Knowledgeable in onboarding and exit processes
- Must have good understanding of labor laws
- A good person who is passionate and dedicated in adding value to others and to the company in the performance of recruitment tasks
