Talent Acquisition executiveZALORA SEA

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and recruitment coordination. The role will be reporting to the Senior Executive of Talent Acquisition. The role will be based in MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa City.
Responsibilities:
Performs end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for interns, volume hiring and executive search positions.
Sources professional level candidates utilizing different sourcing channels including but not limited to internet postings, employee referrals, networking and agencies
Assists in creation of different hiring initiatives for candidate pooling
Filters and reviews resumes gathered from referrals, job fairs and other sources
Endorses pre-screened candidates for interview
201 employee file creation
Managing and monitoring different job boards, recruitment channels
Partner and coordinate with different universities for university engagements
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and other behavioral field
With at least 1-3 years experience in Recruitment with extensive experience in end to end volume hiring; Executive search experience is a plus.
Proficient with various software applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Must be willing to work on extended hours or weekends and holidays if necessary
Amenable to work at MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa City
