We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive - Payroll!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure accurate payroll allocation for new hires.
Source, attract, and hire candidates with a focus on payroll expertise and experience.
Requirements:
Graduate of any Business course or related courses;
Prepare accurate, complete, and timely all payroll and file maintenance in a confidential manner.
Cross-trains and designated back-up to Executive to administer and process time and attendance and payroll.
Accuracy on all reports.
Check and validates the queries and concerns of employees.
Amenable to work onsite in Alabang & flexible in shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
