Job Description
Work Hours: 6am-3pm (Follows Philippines holidays)
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Position: Full-time
THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for highly meticulous and organized candidates to lead and support the overall recruitment function for the Manila office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Design, build, own, and continuously develop the company's overall talent acquisition strategy
Partner with management to build and lead an engaged and high-performing talent acquisition team anchored in the company's culture and values
Ensure and manage alignment to the company's priorities and objectives
Partner with lines of business leads to develop, implement, and manage talent acquisition KPIs and SLAs to drive a high performing culture
Design and continuously improve the talent acquisition structure and processes according to the needs of the business
Create, lead, and drive talent acquisition strategies and programs, including ERP
Design and create recruitment metrics and own the reporting process
Gather, analyze, and present key talent acquisition trends in the market and prepare reports for the management and key stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and optimize the potential of the talent acquisition team members
Lead and oversee small- and large-scale key initiatives
Work closely with Corporate Services through active participation in enterprise-wide initiatives, projects, policies and procedures, and strategy
Ensure that documentation under all talent acquisition exercises remain current and compliant with regulatory requirements
Maximize the use of systems and platforms for talent acquisition activities
Undertake ad hoc requirements and/or specific one-off activities
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
12-15 years professional work experience in an MNC (multi-national corporation) or an organization with global presence
Experience with organizational change management practices
Experience in a start-up and build to scale environment
PMAP (People Management Association of the Philippines) associate preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Agile and flexible mindset
Has a high proficiency with numbers and driving targets
High sense of customer orientation
Problem solver with customer focus, and demonstrates a strong follow through
Has the ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker
Has the ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced and evolving environment
