Depending on location, coordinator functions may vary but will consistently support the talent acquisition team with administrative and compliance related duties associated with hiring talent into Sterling.
Ensuring requisitions are assigned appropriately based on volumes and assigned verticals
Review newly opened requisitions for data integrity; job description completion; Recruiter assignment and assistance with job posting activity
Interview scheduling and email confirmation distribution to candidates and interview team
Offer letter support including delivery to candidate and input of hiring information into Workday
Background check initiation, tracking, follow up with candidate and operations team as needed
Prep for onboarding/transition including related hiring manager and candidate communications
Work with location contacts, training team and IT as needed to ensure smooth onboarding for all assigned new hires.
Assist with related tracking and reporting for talent acquisition team and managers
