As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is to help grow LegalMatch Philippines by helping recruit top-level professionals to fill in various positions.
In your role, you will:
Help identify and source appropriate talent for future and current open roles within the organization
Determine selection criteria and administer applicants tests
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs
Assist in the recruitment process and lifecycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding
Ensure positive experience for applicants by anticipating their needs and communicating well with them
Help design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Help in implementing employer branding and marketing initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Answer incoming calls to solve problems or route them to the personnel in charge

You must have at least 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment most preferably in the IT Industry
Strong experience in sourcing
You must have experience working in multinational setting
You must have interpersonal and communication skills
You must be proactive, dynamic, reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
