Job Description
The team is growing and expanding and we need extra recruiters to help us in our growth. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our recruitment team and be instrumental on the development of the IQ-EQ Philippines Shared Services cluster.
You'll be working closely with our Talent Acquisition team and HR officers to help us deliver the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy.
We prioritize excellent candidate experience and for us to do this, each recruitment team member needs to have strong work ethics, be an effective communicator, a great organiser and someone who can balance out their tasks within the day.
You'll be managing candidates assessments, creating job offers and ensuring the pre-employment screening is completed. With the rapid expansion of the organization, we need someone who can easily adjust to a fast paced environment without compromising quality of work.
We always have a process improvement mindset and we need someone who is ready to challenge the status quo while at the same time, adhere to processes that have been put in place.

Qualifications
Education / professional qualifications
Bachelor's level degree required; preferred fields of study include: Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field
Background experience
2 to 3+ years of related experience working in a Human Resources/Recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on end to end recruitment
Experience in recruiting a variety of corporate roles in high volumes
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Has keen attention to detail and capability to do multi-tasking
Ability to work independently and with high sense of urgency.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruiting timelines.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and be highly-organized.
Internet savvy and computer literate; strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
With clear demonstration of teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
