Now, we're looking for someone to support this growth! The Recruitment team at Jungle Scout is growing and looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to the team. In this role, you would be responsible for recruitment tasks, administration, coordination, data, research and more! You will live and breathe the essence of Jungle Scout's values. You will also build strong and trusted relationships with both candidates and Jungle Scouters.
This is an independent contractor agreement working 40 hours a week and fully remote.
Schedule:
Option 1: 7AM - 4PM PST Monday - Friday
Option 2: 8AM - 5PM PST Monday - Friday
Option 3: 9AM - 6PM PST Monday - Friday

What you will be doing:
Administration / Coordination. You will be an administrative and coordination wizard! You will be posting roles on various platforms, owning various accounts, ensuring hiring team members are set up for success, conducting reference checks, and more! You'll be doing anything & everything to make sure the recruiting team, candidates and hiring team members are having a stellar experience.
Recruit. You will screen resumes, support sourcing, and own CS & Intern recruitment.
Data, analytics and research. You will be gathering data for recruitment purposes and will be proactively tracking recruitment analytics. You will research advertising platforms, job boards, ATS, tools, etc.
Community, Partnerships and Employer Brand. You will build relationships with various institutions (intentional recruitment activities to drive diversity). You will coordinate JS team member presence & participation in community events. You will organize JS participation in career fairs and events.
