Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
Supports & owns the candidate offer process, inclusive of offer preparation, reference checking, offer document collection, post-offer follow-up, and candidate's first-day start
Experience in scheduling interviews, blocking calendars, managing hiring drives, preparing interviews, updating ATS
Provides operational/coordination support in a high-volume environment to the corporate TA team in APAC, throughout the recruiting process.
Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Conducts applicant tracking system audit and makes corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate.
Manages employee referrals, supports HR on offer to onboarding process, internal trackers, TA initiatives as needed.
Screens CVs and coordinates all internal and external job postings.
Generates TA reports, and assures they are accurate and presentable for leadership.
Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate.
Responsible for all TA-related documents such as applications, work passes tracker, and other TA sensive authorization forms.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recruiting process, support and operational requirements
3 years of recruitment / HR coordination, administration, and/or operational experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc, (including advanced knowledge of Excel AND an enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, take ownership of their work and can support team
Energetic self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Sensitive information - ability to manage confidential information.
