What it's about
In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment process between business, talent acquisition specialists, and potential employees.
Works closely with Talent Acquisition Professionals to lead the scheduling of interviews, prepares interview schedules, sets-up case studies, welcomes candidates on-site, and helps with other recruitment related logistics and administration for Asia/Europe
Maintains high quality records and follows all processes
Leads candidate correspondence regarding interviews and expenses
What we expect
At least one (1) year experience in Recruitment from a global organization
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Has background in the use of recruitment technologies (applicant tracking tool, Excel and other internet-based systems)
Ability to work under pressure
Must have strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, judgement, and follow-through
Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver effectively against timelines
