MMC are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant (6 months) to join the team based in Philippines for a fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader - ASEAN, the successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for a broad range of roles.
What can you expect?
Managing the end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding procedures across all levels of hires from candidate qualification, to video or phone screening, to face-to-face interviews, through to salary negotiations, offer and on boarding
Managing and participating in a range of attraction and/or recruitment focused events such as career fairs, graduate days and industry events to build brand and pipeline
Support from a team of likeminded professionals along with progressive technology that will enable you to focus on what you do best - Talent Acquisition.
We will count on you to:
Fully own and manage a requisition workload, with the ability and willingness to support continuous improvement project work within a TA team.
Drive and manage recruiting activity utilizing strategic and creative sourcing channels across designated regional locations
Define and align hiring strategy with business requirements
Design and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs
Ensure the staffing sourcing strategy is aligned with global diversity and inclusion efforts
Communicate, influence, educate and champion the Talent Acquisition model to business partners and senior managers as appropriate
Ensure accountability to the business as appropriate
Ensure effective selling of Marsh & McLennan as an organization through implementation of appropriate processes and mindset
Build business case models to ensure take up of change initiatives where appropriate
Providing reporting on requisition and recruitment activity as required
Increase talent acquisition sources and quality, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies
Presenting competitor and market insights for internal stakeholders
Provide project leadership of recruitment campaigns
Set an example and be a role model to the team by contributing to team productivity
Partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners and other members of the Human Resources Team and Talent Acquisition on projects as required
Establish a strong candidate experience infrastructure to include a positive pre-boarding experience for all candidates
What makes you stand out?
An experienced Recruiter, ideally combining corporate and agency background, with more than 8 years' progressive experience
Insurance, Risk Management Consulting, Sales and comparable professional service industry recruiting and management experience highly preferred
A passion and demonstrated ability for talent sourcing and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
Working knowledge of Workday as a recruitment platform (Desirable)
Demonstrated and successful record of delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines and source best talent in the market in a high volume, consultative environment
Ability to balance strategic thinking with the aptitude to get things done within an evolving work environment
Self-confident and motivated with excellent communication skills including strong negotiation skills with successful record of closing offers.
Demonstrated dedication in supporting team members and collaboratively achieving outcomes
Solid focus on ensuring candidate care and customer service
Highly developed negotiation and relationship management skills
