Job Description
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Position Summary
Responsible to assist the training and development team in providing training, seminars, orientation, and activities for the development and improvement of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support in planning of training materials/ modules for the welfare of employees
Design, create and review training manuals, learning modules and course materials
Assist in strategic planning and implementation of programs based on trends and company needs
Arrange training materials and set up the training room/ facilities
Monitor budget and cost of every programs and projects
Analyze, record and filing of training needs, evaluation and compliance
Coordinate with the facilitators, if needed.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent is required
Work Experience
At least three (3) years of experience in Training/Learning and Development
Preferably in the field of Food and Restaurant Services/ Hospitality Industry
Relevant Skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Public speaking is a plus
Experienced in doing Training Need Analysis is an advantage
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino both written and verbal, another language/s is a plus

Amenable to work from Mondays- Fridays in Biak na Bato, Quezon City.
