Paxful is searching for a Talent Acquisition Associate who is great with efficient sourcing, building relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, creating a wide pool of candidates, and is proficient with HR tools to join our People Operations Team. This role will ensure a continuous hiring process for the Manila team, and all it's recruitment needs. You will be based out of our Manila Office] and report to our Sr. Manager, People
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
Efficient . An excellent hire would be able to close vacancies the soonest time possible.
Relationship Building. Build good relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
Wide Network. Maintain a good network and good pool of candidates to fill in roles as soon as possible
Proficient with HR tools. Experienced ATS user who can organize and analyze candidate information
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
Good communication skills
Good active listening skills
Good organization skills
High Relationship-building skill
Target Experience:
At least 1-2 years experience as a Recruiter for a BPO or FinTech company
Experience with global recruitment role
Proficient with prospecting through LinkedIn Recruiter, other boolean search engines/techniques, job boards, and other recruitment sources
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and online employee systems
