Requirements:
Ability to research on job websites/Indeed/Jobstreet/Monster/LinkedIN and alike is highly desirable
Ability to understand basic IT and technology terms
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Background in IT or BPO Services industry
A go getter who can work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
Source and qualify top level talent for IT Projects in Asia Pacific region
Build strong top-level talents on pipelines and a comprehensive reporting structure for proper visibility and updates
Building and fostering good relationships with consultants and experts
Matching qualified candidates with existing requirements and identifying potential project opportunities
