What are we looking for...
Must have experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment specifically in sourcing, pooling, interviewing/calling candidates.
Ability to understand basic IT and technology terms
With experience sourcing candidates from job websites/Indeed/Jobstreet/Monster/LinkedIn and alike is highly desirable
Excellent in both written and verbal English communication
Good in time multi-tasking, time management, and organization.
Tech savvy
Background in IT / BPO Services / outsourcing companies is an advantage.
A go-getter who can work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
Pro-active and passionate to learn new skills.
Can work individually and in a team

Source and qualify top level talent for IT Projects in Asia Pacific region
Build strong top-level talents on pipelines and a comprehensive reporting structure for proper visibility and updates
Building and fostering good relationships with consultants and experts
Matching qualified candidates with existing requirements and identifying potential project opportunities.
Share challenges and resolutions to level up process and be more competitive in the business
