Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager.
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager will guide over-all strategy, planning, execution and monitoring of all goals and metrics related to recruitment and employer branding across all business units.
What are the Responsibilities? * Manage the overall Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Team in achievement Recruitment goals and metrics
If needed, handle own accounts in end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
Handle planning, strategy and execution of all Talent Acquisition Projects (i.e. Management Trainee Program for both Commercial and Supply Chain, Internship Program (CHIP), Business Insider Training Experience (BITE) Case Study Competition, Employee Referral Program)
Handle onboarding process for new hires including improvements, as necessary:
Improve and monitor Employer Branding of the company, including but not limited to, the following platforms/channels: LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Job fairs and other Company/Organization sponsorships or event/s related to Recruitment
Spearhead overall Digital TA and Onboarding Reports and Analytics related to Recruitment
Act as PO for overall Darwinbox Recruitment (ATS) and concerns.
Handle all payment requests for vendors as needed
Prepare annual budget report/s for the Talent Acquisition Team
Preparation & Revision of Talent Acquisition Calendar (Recruitment Plans for the Year)
What are the Qualifications?
College graduate in Psychology, Business Management, or any other equivalent
At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, specifically in Recruitment and Onboarding
With previous experience in a Food and Beverage / FMCG industry an advantage
With advantage if with previous experience in handling Darwinbox ATS
Must have excellent stakeholder management, leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong quality and process-based orientation
