3+ Years of Recruiting experience in a professional services, consulting, or staffing firm where you were epxected to meet and exceed hiring goals in a fast paced work environment
3+ years of experience sourcing candidates from the internet utilizing various methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs and other business networks
2+ years of experience acting as a Lead Recruiter that required you to interact with hiring managers and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
