About the job TA Specialists - Non-agent hiring * Sources sufficient pools of candidates to meet hiring needs * Screens candidates in accordance with company and account applicable regulations * Supplies a pool of qualified candidates to hir About the job TA Specialists - Non-agent hiring Sources sufficient pools of candidates to meet hiring needs Screens candidates in accordance with company and account applicable regulations Supplies a pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers Prepares and delivers offer letters, employment contracts or letters of elimination Conducts pre-offer screenings to including but not limited to reference checking (case-to-case basis) Conducts post-offer screenings to including but not limited to background screening, regulatory hire requirements and medical screens. Clears candidates for hire and communicates directly with candidates to keep them engaged through start date. Communicates with appropriate hiring/HR Manager/Trainer regarding start date May assist with orientation functions as required Assists the Onboarding team in collecting and validating pre-employment requirements initiates follow-ups as needed Keeps track of daily/weekly/monthly productivity by maintaining hiring related reports Maintains files in accordance with company and external auditor standards to include advertising documentation, applicant records and screening records Uses, maintains and updates internal tools in accordance to applicant processing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent At least 2 years of recruitment experience is required With experience in recruiting corporate or executive positions Willing to work in Hybrid set up (Location: Mandaluyong) Day shift, Mid shift Project-based 3 months (possible for extension/renewal depending on performance and business needs) Salary: 20k-25k
