Job Description

The Business Relationship Executive acts as a member of the T-Hub Leadership Team with the objective of acting as an external-facing member of the T-Hub to interface with business divisions in the Nestl market. They are to act as an escalatory point of contact for logistical issues creating aggravations on the planning floor and for losses within the Nestle market requiring transportation's input. As such, they will have specific performance objectives aligned with the businesses/markets for which they support.
While acting as a strategic liasion between the market and the T-Hub, they additionally maintain the day to day relationships with management amongst the provider base. Lastly, they are to provide strategies and implementation pathways to meet both the T-Hub's objectives regarding cost and service and the overall market supply chain strategies. Strategies are to be aligned with pre-defined processes and proven best practices.
Key output:
Act as a support for the capacity specialist and service teams by deriving regular improvement actions for capacity and service strategies by performing weekly reviews of provider performance and route guide efficacy/failed tenders. Weekly analysis should also include forward-looking examination of demand vs. available capacity
Act as an escalation point for both T-Hub associates and provider base by obtaining coverage in exceptional scenarios and attending to provider concerns by championing standard practices and leveraging Nestls market position to influence industry best-practices
Oversee strategically-beneficial end-to-end execution of short-term transporation demand spikes by forging relations with end-to-end partners and developing a contigency structure for executing logistical processes in exceptional scenarios
Other skills needed-Comfort with ambiguity, willingness to challenge non-standard practices, capable principled negotiation, high emotional intelligence quotient, understanding of P&L statements and drivers of P&L, self-starter, intristically motivated, highly competent in both functional and interpersonal skillsets
