Description
1 Plan Systems Manpower strategy via Shifting Schedule.
2 Delegate tasks and projects to Systems Administrators according to agreed requirements and timeline, basing on strengths of the team.
3 Monitor and Oversee systems support related to ERP systems
4 Monitor and Oversee system and database status to ensure production stability.
5 Ensure proper coordination of System Administrators with ERP Vendors for database and system concerns raised by users.
6 Plan, Coordinate with department heads on necessary improvements and ERP patches as needed or required by management
7 Directly coordinate with IT Assistant Manager on plans of improvement and point of maintenance.
8 Monitor Report Servers Status (Available space, database size, log size, anti-virus patch, system logs, and application logs) daily on workdays period.
9 Monitor daily if the software patches and antivirus update is updated based upon on the new update available online to ensure security of the application servers and the end-users connected to it.
10 Servers are available to all users, but with allowable downtime of 24 hours if problem encountered is database corruption; 24-48 hours if hardware problem.
11 Ensure that backup jobs are created in the servers as per coordination with Systems
12 Ensure that all concerns regarding reports are attended on time through e-Helpdesk
