JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical support services to organizations and individual users, typically addressing issues with both hardware and software systems
Provide hands-on assistance with setting up systems onsite, or may walk users through this process remotely
Assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program upgrades
Provide remote tech support and troubleshooting services by phone or chat
Make recommendations to guide future technology plans or purchase
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year experience in systems troubleshooting and support in small to medium size organizations
Worked in an IT role or similar position
Experience with computer repair or troubleshooting, and have a basic familiarity with a wide range of common IT systems
Previous experience in electronic identification and security solutions would be an advantage
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
San Juan, Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
