System Availability-Ensure assigned systems and applications are consistently available and operational within agreed service levels.
System Performance-Maintain optimal performance of systems by regularly monitoring and addressing potential issues.Security Compliance-Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from threats and vulnerabilities.System Installation and Configuration-Assist in setting up servers, storage, and networking equipment. Configure operating systems, applications, and system management tools.System Monitoring and Maintenance-Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or issues. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches.Troubleshooting and Support-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide first-level support for incidents and service requests. Collaborate with senior engineers and other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or with two (2) years of experience in systems engineering, IT support, or a related role.
Familiar with technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Able to participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
