QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering or any four-year IT related course.
With at least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
With good written and oral communication
Proficient in Java based application development
Must be knowledgeable in the following technologies: Windows Server, Remedy ITSM, ITIL and IT Service Management Concepts
Must be willing to work in Paseo, Makati

Responsible for the installation/deployment of BMC ITSM Solutions to Customers
Implementation and design of BMC ITSM Solutions
Perform product presentations to customers
Perform post-sales support to customers
Perform Business Analysts functions for the deployment projects
