JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible in pre and post sales (installation, configuration, maintenance and support of Software Systems and/or IT Devices) being catered by the department.
In charge of doing Proof of Concept (POC) and Product Demo.
Will be involved in planning and designing of Solutions together with the Solutions Architect Team to ensure proper Solutions offering and smooth project implementations
Provides after sales support and make sure to achieve proper turnaround time of support SLA.
Document all implementation and after sales support done.
Coordinate issues during implementation and/or after sales support to proper people.
Required to attend vendor led trainings to ensure product knowledge and skills are always updated.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Must have 3 years working experience in IT Industry.
Must have 3 years hands on experience deploying and supporting IT Infrastructure such as Server, Storage, Network, Security and Virtualization, etc.
Must have experience in doing support for both internal and external clients.
Can handle project deployment on his own.
Can do and understand project documentations and project reporting.
