Work Arrangement: OnsiteOur Store Operations Group (SOG) is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Systems & Applications Officer.In this role, you will evaluate system-related projects and enhancements that impact store operations, support RBG, SOG, and other units, and provide analysis and solutions to production issues raised through the SOG Help Desk. You will also act as a business analyst, lead UAT activities, coordinate with IT, and recommend process or system improvements to ensure efficient and seamless store operations.Your dream.
