Main responsibilities:
-Supporting the rollout and operationof the project
-Supporttesting the EnergyIP application/platform, supporting customeracceptancetests
-Incident / Problem /Configuration andKnowledge Management
-Incident and/or Defect investigationand diagnosis
-Provideprogress updatesin relationto Incident and/or Defect investigationsand diagnosis
activities totheCustomer
-Initial assessmentand validation oftrouble tickets
-Supportthecustomerin monitoring the system
-Escalation /Re-prioritization oftrouble tickets with the internalservice delivery organization
based oncustomers request
Mandatory skills:
-General IT education
-Basic knowledge of Linux
-Basic database management systemknowledge(any)
-Basic SQL knowledge
-Basic knowledge of VMWare
-Basic knowledge of network administration
-Eagernesstolearn
-Fluent inEnglish
-Polite and friendly servicedelivery attitude
Additional skills/advantage:
-Willingness towork outsideof business hours (overtime and/or standby)
-Work experience in aservicedesk /callcenterenvironment
Planned working hours:
-By default: Mondayto Fridaybusinesshours
-Additionally/optional: participationin 24/7standby / schedule
