The IP Core Systems and Security Manager will be managing the systems and security section of IP Core. The IP Core Systems and Security Manager will be managing the systems and security section of IP Core. Lead the Systems Engineering Team in capacity planning, design, expansion and implementation of IP Core Systems infrastructure to support Company's Internet and Video business requirements. He/She will develops IP Core Systems infrastructure installation procedures to ensure successful integration of systems hardware and software. Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure consistent network provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance, data protection, and quality of service. He/She will lead, coordinate, integrate, standardize and oversee all aspect of security policies and domains. Lead the IP Core & Support department in business contingency planning. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Licensed Engineer or with professional level industry certification (i.e. RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, CISSP, CEH or Security+) With at least 5 years technical work experience in large network, data center and cloud environment is a plus with security support experience in Telco/ISP Solid understanding of Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing and IPv4/V6 concepts With Tier-2 level expertise in Redhat/Debian/Ubuntu/Vyatta/Vyos or any other Linux distribution administration (installation, configuration and hardware support, Apache, PHP, Perl, Mysql, MariaDB, DNS. DNS64, SNMP,DHCP, TFTP, TOD, Cacti, IPtables) Has experience handling medium to large scale projects and establish relationship with Tier 1 service provider Advance knowledge in Database (Structured and Unstructured) and Programming (PHP, Python, Go, PERL) Advance knowledge in Information Security Policies, Network Security, Change Management, Risk Management, Analyzing Information Advance knowledge of Linux server setup and administration This position will require 24X7 on-call support and off-hours maintenance work and willing to travel.
