Mustard Seed Systems Corporation is looking for a dedicated qualified professional who possesses the following qualifications:
Position: Systems Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Capture user and system requirements for new systems
• Conduct interviews for requirements gathering
• Producing specifications documents for new, modified systems or existing systems.
• Translating business requirements to information system requirements
• Develop a communication plan and process with stakeholders for review and approval.
• Collaborate with Project Leads, QA, and Software Engineering Team to discuss issues, facilitate in identifying solutions that are viable and consistent.
• Assist in the conduct of regular reviews and testing of systems including generation of reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
• Assist in the preparation of manuals that will help and train users for the procedural requirements of software and its automated systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in I.T, Computer Science, Data Science, or any related field
• Knowledgeable in diagram tools: ERD (Entity-Relationship Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), Use Case Diagram, User Stories, Agile Programming Processes
• Knowledgeable in MSSQL, basic to advanced scripting and stored procedure.
• Knowledgeable in other programming language and tools such as Visual studio, Laravel, Vuejs, Postgresql, C#, API, web-based application, and the like
• Experience in crystal report and other reporting tool or software is an advantage
• Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Huawei) is also an advantage but not required
• Ability to properly apply concepts of system analysis and design to provide practical, efficient, scalable and long-term solutions for computer software problems
• Ability to assess systems properly and produce functional and non- functional design documents
• Ability to effectively evaluate a client's needs to be able to help in business processes
• Ability to apply the cycle of electronic data processing and assure to follow guidelines in terms of systems development
• Be able to map data files and processes skills
• Have excellent facilitation skills and the ability to work accordingly
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can work in a highly collaborative environment, with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-moving environment and cope up with the functions and requirements needed by the job
• Familiar with Payroll or ERP / Accounting Software Integration.
• Must have the desire to learn new skills and grow competent.
