PURPOSE
The role will be responsible for identifying technical requirements (using system analysis & design techniques) to solve business problems using Information Technology.
QUALIFICATIONS

With Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
With at least 3-5 years of solid professional experience in IT Management and IT Consulting or Project Management Capacity
With at least 2-3 of working experience as IT Systems/ Business Analyst specializing in requirements elicitation, test case and scenario creation and execution
Preferably with experience in Telecommunication Industry, Systems/ Applications that involve customer onboarding and after sales
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
With good verbal and written communication skills
