Your Role and Responsibilities
Thorough applied technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with Windows Operating Systems (Hardware, Software). Capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Fix Servers hardware/software problem
Perform RML (Required Maintenance Level) updates (Patching)
Support Internal Application Team
OS Installation, Base lining and Configuration
Disk Management & raid Level
Perform Daily health Check.
To setup Windows Cluster Environment
Support Hardware Monitoring Tools/Agents
Knowledgeable for virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware & Citrix)
Knowledgeable in Active Directory setup and management.
Knowledge in Cisco equipment (FW, Router and Switches).
Perform incident and change management process.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 1- 2 years experience.

Basic knowledge in Networking, Storage Area Network, PowerShell scripting and scripting.
Basic knowledge in managing CISCO UCS Servers and CITRIX Netscaler and XenApp
